This Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the Client (“Client”) and [Betty Miller Cleaning]
(“Company”) as of the date cleaning services are rendered.
We take great pride in our service and assure you that we will handle your home with the utmost care.
By accepting services from [Betty Miller Cleaning], the Client agrees to the following terms:
- Preexisting Conditions:
The Company is not responsible for any preexisting damage, wear and tear, or structural
issues discovered or exposed during the cleaning process. Refer to terms and conditions for more
information. - Notice of Damages or Concerns:
The Client must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion of any alleged damage or
areas they believe were not properly cleaned. Failure to do so will release the Company from any
liability. - Right to Remedy:
In the event the Company is found to be responsible for any damage, the Client agrees to allow the
Company the opportunity to inspect and attempt to rectify the issue before seeking replacement or
filing a claim. - Item Replacement Terms:
Should an item require replacement; it will be replaced with an item of like kind and quality. The
value of the item will be adjusted for depreciation based on age and condition. - Use of Client’s Equipment or Products:
The Company will not be held liable for any damage caused if the Client instructs or authorizes the
Company to use cleaning equipment, tools, or products belonging to the Client. - Theft Liability:
The Company maintains strict hiring and conduct policies but will not be held liable for alleged
theft unless supported by documented evidence and reported to law enforcement.
Terms and Conditions:
Preexisting damage and Wear and tear include but are not limited to brittle and loose blinds, loose towel
racks, loose or fragile faucets, cracked mirrors or glass, old appliances, unsecured home décor, and other
items that may not be listed. Betty Miller Cleaning reserves the right to cancel services at any time, for any
reason, including safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or hazardous conditions.
By proceeding with service, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms
outlined in this Waiver of Liability.
