I called several firms and Betty Miller was great on the phone, it was easy to set up, we were able to get a slightly larger than normal crew that also had an English-speaking member since it was a fairly big job. It was all very easy.
And the crew who showed up was super friendly, very efficient, and did a great job. I thought there were a couple areas that would be impossible to get clean but they did it.
